There are 3 stages in the MMGEIS program.

A: Yes. There is a Proficiency check at each stage.

Stage 1 → 30-minute MCQ-based Proficiency Check based on the study material.
Stage 2 → 30-minute MCQ-based Proficiency Check plus mentorship review.
Stage 3 → No Proficiency Check, but you must:
  • Fill the mandatory forms --- Self-Declaration and NOC.
  • If you are below 18 years, submit a Consent Form signed by a parent/guardian.
  • Attend the Geospatial and IPR Session.
  • Become eligible for Master Mentorship.
  • Actively interact with Master Mentors --- only then will you receive the Completion Certificate.

MMGEIS is an ongoing program which student can enroll at any point of time and get started with the program.

It depends on your pace:

a. Stage 1: Complete material and exam at your own pace.
b. Stage 2: Exam + mentorship sessions.
c. Stage 3: Fill mandatory Forms [Self Declaration and NOC Form, Consent form (if Below 18 years )], Attend Master class (Topic: Geospatial and IPR Session), Master mentorship session.

Video and Reading Material are placed online which you may go at your own time. Mentorship, Master Classes sessions are conducted online at a specified time.

Indian citizen and students from Class 6-12 or undergraduate courses of any stream/faculty/department are eligible to register for this program.

Only Indian citizen or holding an Indian passport are eligible for registering to this program. This includes those holding OCI (Overseas Citizens of India) cards and NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) who possess an Indian passport. OCI without an Indian passport, are not eligible.

MMGEIS offers an online and free program for all. There will be no payments required throughout the program including mentoring and courses. No representatives are authorized to charge for any aspect of the program. MMGEIS does not engage in merchandise sales. The program initiated by CKS and Esri India is for growing the geospatial community by enriching students on Geospatial Technology. Students are responsible for their travel arrangements if they choose to visit organizations/establishments organized as part of the program. This notice remains valid until March 2025.
